3. Use License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use opsmatic.io for your business and operational needs. Under this license you may not:

  • reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service;
  • rent, lease, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Service to any third party;
  • use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
  • remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the Service.

4. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months of service or unused portions of prepaid periods, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational requirements with reasonable notice when possible.

10. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Cottonhat Software Unipessoal LDA and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Cottonhat Software Unipessoal LDA be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Portuguese courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
